Control your BedJet from your phone with the same features as the physical remote—one-touch Memory Keys, programmable Biorhythm schedules, and fully customizable temperature and fan settings. The app can also set up Wi-Fi to deliver firmware updates to BedJet 3 (Wi-Fi is optional for daily use).

Download the app

Pair your BedJet to the app (Bluetooth)

  1. Power on your BedJet.

  2. Open the BedJet app and allow Bluetooth and Location permissions.

    • Note: Location is required by iOS/Android to enable Bluetooth discovery. BedJet does not collect, track, or store your location.

  3. Tap “Connect.” If you don’t see your BedJet, tap “Rescan,” then tap your BedJet to begin pairing.

  4. Confirm pairing on the unit:

    • BedJet 3: press the Low Power button twice.

    • BedJet 3 Mini: press the Pairing button once.

  5. Success indicator: the Bluetooth icon on the BedJet lights up (status lights time out after ~30 seconds).

  6. Important for Apple users: complete pairing inside the BedJet app. Pairing via iOS Settings or Control Center will not work.

  • Android: 1.0.4 (15)
     If your version is older, update via the App Store or Google Play to get the latest fixes and features.

Rename your BedJet (helps if you have multiple units)

  1. Open the BedJet app.

  2. Tap the menu (three lines) > “Rename Device.”

  3. Enter a new name and tap “OK.”

  4. Using a physical BedJet 3 remote as well? The new name will appear there automatically after a moment.

    • Note: names longer than ~13 characters may truncate on the remote screen.

Tips if it won’t connect

  • Stay within ~10 ft (3 m) during pairing.

  • Close the app on any other phone/tablet currently connected (BedJet connects to one device at a time).

  • Toggle Bluetooth off/on on your phone; power-cycle BedJet (unplug 30–40 seconds).

  • If needed: uninstall/reinstall the app, then retry pairing from inside the app.

  • iOS only: don’t use the system Bluetooth menu—pair inside the BedJet app.

The app requests Bluetooth and Location permissions solely to enable Bluetooth discovery and connection required by iOS/Android. BedJet does not collect, track, or store your location data.
