This guide walks through each menu option in the BedJet Smart Remote App (in menu order). To open the menu, tap the three-line icon in the top-right of the app.

Add New Device

Add another BedJet to control from this phone (Dual Zone setups, other rooms/homes).

1. Tap Add New Device. Nearby BedJets appear in a list.
   

2. Tap the BedJet you want to pair.
   

3. Follow the prompt for your model:
   

   • BedJet 3: Press the Low Power button twice, then tap OK in the app.
     

   • BedJet 3 Mini: Press the Pairing button, then tap OK in the app.
     

4. When pairing completes, the BedJet appears on your home screen.
   

Note: A BedJet can be actively connected to one phone/tablet at a time. If it’s paired elsewhere, disconnect it there first.

Paired Device List

View/switch between BedJets already connected to this phone.

1. Tap Paired Device List.
   

2. Tap the BedJet you want to control; its name will appear on the main screen.
   

3. Need to add a brand-new unit? Tap Add New Device on this page and follow the pairing steps above.
   
   

Rename Device

Change how your BedJet appears in the app (and on the BedJet 3 LCD remote).

1. Tap Rename Device.
   

2. Enter a new name and tap OK.
   

3. If you also use the BedJet 3 LCD remote, the new name will sync over shortly.
   

   • Names longer than 13 characters may not fully display on the LCD remote.
     
     

Audio and Lights

Turn button beeps and LEDs on/off.

1. Tap Audio and Lights.
   

2. To mute confirmations, check Mute Beeps (tap again to unmute).
   

3. BedJet 3 only: To turn off the LED light ring, check Disable LEDs. (BedJet 3 Mini has no light ring.)
   

4. Tap OK to save.
   
   

Clock Set

Syncs the BedJet’s internal clock (used for Biorhythm schedules).

1. Tap Clock Set.
   

2. The app syncs your phone’s time to the BedJet automatically.
   

3. Tap OK to confirm.
   
   

Update Firmware 

Checks for and installs firmware updates. (BedJet must already be connected to Wi-Fi)

1. Tap Update Firmware.
   

2. If you’re up to date, the app will say no update needed.
   

3. If an update exists, the app will start the process. The BedJet’s LED ring flashes during the update and the unit reboots when done.
   

Good to know: All new BedJets ship with the latest firmware. You can update later anytime.

Setup Wi-Fi (optional)

Wi-Fi is not required for daily use; it’s only for firmware updates.

1. Tap Setup Wi-Fi
   

2. Review the Wi-Fi requirements and tap OK.
   

3. Allow the app’s Wi-Fi permissions when prompted.
   

4. Confirm the detected 2.4 GHz network (BedJet connects to 2.4 GHz only). If needed, uncheck Auto Network ID and enter the SSID manually.
   

5. Enter your Wi-Fi password and tap Connect Wi-Fi.
   

6. On success, you’ll see Wi-Fi Setup Successful; tap OK.
   
   

Temperature Unit

Choose °F or °C for app and device display.

1. Tap Temperature Unit.
   

2. Check Use °C for Celsius, or leave unchecked for Fahrenheit.
   

3. Tap OK to save.
   
   

Factory Reset

Resets the BedJet to factory defaults and disconnects it from the app.

1. Tap Factory Reset.
   

2. Tap Yes to confirm.
   

3. The BedJet restarts and disconnects.
   

4. Reopen the app and use Add New Device to pair again.
   
   

Check Firmware Versions

See versions at a glance.

1. Open the menu (three lines).
   

2. Scroll to the bottom to view versions for your BedJet base unit, BedJet remote, and the app.
