BedJet Won’t Power OnUpdated 2 months ago

If your BedJet shows no lights and won’t turn on, use the steps below to troubleshoot the issue and restore power. If the problem persists, and you’re within our two-year comprehensive warranty, we’ll replace your BedJet at no cost if needed. If your unit is out of warranty, we can provide repair or replacement options.

Before you start

Under normal operation, a powered BedJet shows a solid amber/orange status light shortly after power-up. If you see no lights, follow the steps below.

Step-by-step fixes

  1. Verify the outlet

    1. Unplug BedJet, then plug in a known-working device (e.g., a lamp) to confirm the outlet has power.

    2. If the outlet is on a wall switch, make sure the switch is ON.

  2. Plug directly into a wall socket

    1. Bypass power strips, surge protectors, smart plugs, or extension cords.

    2. Plug BedJet directly into the wall to rule out external power issues.

  3. Try a different outlet (ideally a different room/circuit)

    1. Move the BedJet to another wall outlet.

    2. If a GFCI/AFCI breaker or outlet was tripped, reset it and test again.

  4. Check the power connection and turn the unit on

    1. Make sure the power cord is fully seated at the wall and at the BedJet.

    2. Press the power button on the BedJet base unit once to turn it on (a short press).

  5. Dual Zone owners

    1. Test each unit on a known-good outlet one at a time to isolate whether only one unit is affected.

  6. Regional power (if applicable)

    1. Ensure your BedJet model matches your country’s mains voltage (e.g., 120 V in North America, 220–240 V in most of the EU/UK/AU). A mismatch can prevent power-on.
