Biorhythm lets you set a simple, step-by-step temperature plan that runs automatically while you sleep—so you can fall asleep warm, stay comfortably cool, and wake up cozy without touching a button.

Quick start in the app (iOS/Android)

  1. Open the BedJet app → Biorhythm Settings → Create New.

  2. Step 1: Tap the mode tile (Cool / Heat / Dry / EXT HT / Wait), set a fan speed, and set a temperature.

  3. Duration: Tap “Run For” to choose how long this step should last.

    • Prefer an end time instead? Tap the pencil → Time Mode → check “Run Until,” then pick a “Stop At” time
       (available for Cool, Dry, Wait, and EXT HT).

  4. Add more steps: Tap the pencil → Add step after, then set mode, temp, and duration for each step.

  5. Save: Tap Save, name your schedule, and you’re done.

  6. Start: Return to Biorhythm Settings and tap your schedule’s name to run it.

  1. Menu → Biorhythm → Create or Edit → Create New.

  2. Name your schedule.

  3. “Click to create step”: choose mode, fan, temperature, and duration.

  4. Add steps: highlight a line → center key → Insert Above or Insert Below → set that step.

  5. Done Editing → Save to M Key → choose M1/M2/M3.

  6. Start: press that Memory Key or select the schedule under Menu → Biorhythm.

Tips for a great first schedule

  • Pre-heat before bed: 3–10 minutes of Turbo, then switch to moderate Heat or Dry.

  • Cool for deeper sleep: many sleepers prefer cooler temps after the first hour.

  • Gentle wake: add a final low-heat step 15–30 minutes before your alarm.

  • Save to a Memory Key so you can start it with one press.

Troubleshooting

“Fixed time steps are too long given current clock time”

What it means: The first step ends more than 12 hours from now (each step must be ≤12 hours).

Fix it fast:

  • Start the schedule at bedtime (recommended), or

  • Edit Step 1 so it ends within 12 hours of the current time (shorten the duration or move the start closer to now).

    • Example: It’s 10:00 AM and Step 1 ends 11:00 PM (13 hours away) → change end to 10:00 PM or start later.

Schedule won’t start (no error message)

Try these in order:

  1. If you have a remote, try starting the schedule from the remote.

    • Fails on both app and remote? Contact Customer Care.

  2. Reset app and unit: delete the app → restart your phone → unplug BedJet 30 seconds → plug back in → reinstall the app → try again
     (your saved schedules remain).

  3. When contacting us, tell us:

    • Does the BedJet beep when you try to start?

    • Do other options/settings work normally while Biorhythm won’t start?
