Return Window

• 60-Day Return Period: Cloud Sheets follow the same 60-day window as new BedJet units.
  

• Return it within 60 days of delivery for a full 100% refund.
  
  

Free Return Shipping

• We cover return shipping from the US, Canada, UK, and EU.

• For all other owners, we’ll provide return shipping instructions so you can send your return through your preferred carrier.
  
  

Exchanges (Wrong Size or Zone)

• Ordered the wrong size or Single vs. Dual Zone by mistake? No problem.
  

• We’ll help you exchange within 60 days, even if you opened it and tried it.

• Price differences: If the exchange item costs more or less, you’ll pay or receive only the difference. No need to place a full new order unless you prefer to buy the replacement right away.
