Error 3 & 4: Extended Thermal TripUpdated 2 months ago

These errors mean the BedJet detected a sustained temperature above the target setpoint. Causes can include restricted airflow or a failure of the temperature sensor.

Step-by-step fix

  1. Check for airflow blockages

  • Remove and clean the BedJet air filter.

  • Inspect the air hose end-to-end and clear any obstructions (e.g., socks, bedding).

  • Make sure sheets/comforters aren’t bunching at the nozzle.

  • Verify nothing is blocking the BedJet’s air intake on the base unit.

  1. Reset the thermal sensor

  • Unplug the BedJet from the wall for 1 full minute.

  • Plug it back in and power on.

  • Run in COOL mode for 10 minutes (this helps the sensor normalize).

  • Try your usual HEAT/COOL settings again.
