Error 5: Motor RPM ErrorUpdated 2 months ago

The BedJet’s motor isn’t reaching the expected speed (RPM). This can be caused by excessive blockage of the airflow or by a failure of the motor or related components.

Try these steps

  • Reset the BedJet: Unplug your BedJet from the wall for a full 10 minutes, then plug it back in and power on.

  • Check for airflow blockages

    • Remove and clean the BedJet air filter.

    • Remove and inspect the air hose for obstructions.
      Make sure sheets/bedding aren’t bunching at the nozzle.

    • Ensure nothing is blocking the BedJet’s air intake.

  • Test again
     After each step, run the BedJet briefly to see if the error clears.

Warranty note: If you’re within our two-year comprehensive warranty, we’ll replace the BedJet at no cost if needed. If you’re out of warranty, we can offer repair or replacement options.
