Error 6 & 7: Heater Stuck OnUpdated 2 months ago

Fault 6 or Fault 7 means the BedJet is sensing temperatures above the target setpoint. This is usually caused by restricted airflow or failure of the BedJets temperature sensor.

Try these steps

  • Inspect for airflow blockages

    • Remove and clean the BedJet air filter.

    • Detach and check the air hose for obstructions.

    • Make sure sheets or the Cloud Sheet aren’t bunching at the nozzle.

    • Confirm nothing is blocking the BedJet’s air intake.

  • Reset the temperature sensor

    • Unplug the BedJet from the wall outlet for a full 60 seconds.

    • Plug it back in and power on.

    • Run in COOL mode for 10 minutes.

    • Retry your normal settings.
