Error 6 & 7: Heater Stuck OnUpdated 2 months ago
Fault 6 or Fault 7 means the BedJet is sensing temperatures above the target setpoint. This is usually caused by restricted airflow or failure of the BedJets temperature sensor.
Try these steps
Inspect for airflow blockages
Remove and clean the BedJet air filter.
Detach and check the air hose for obstructions.
Make sure sheets or the Cloud Sheet aren’t bunching at the nozzle.
Confirm nothing is blocking the BedJet’s air intake.
Reset the temperature sensor
Unplug the BedJet from the wall outlet for a full 60 seconds.
Plug it back in and power on.
Run in COOL mode for 10 minutes.
Retry your normal settings.
