If you’re running into a BedJet Smart Remote App problem that isn’t covered in our articles, send us a quick report so we can help and fix it fast.

How to report an app issue

Include as many of the details below as you can (screenshots are super helpful):

  • What happened: a short description plus any exact error messages.

  • Steps to reproduce: what you tapped/selected right before the issue.

  • How often it happens: once, sometimes, or every time.

  • Your device: make/model and OS version (e.g., “iPhone 14, iOS 17.5” or “Pixel 7, Android 14”).

  • App version: open the app menu to confirm your version (e.g., iOS 2.5 (1), Android 1.0.4 (15)).

  • Your BedJet: model (BedJet 3 or BedJet 3 Mini) and firmware versions (remote → Menu → Remote Setup → FIRM. Version).

  • Network info (only if Wi-Fi/updates are involved): router brand/model; mesh network yes/no.

  • Whether the physical remote works normally (if you have one).

Quick checks you can try first

  • Make sure Bluetooth and Location Services are enabled for the app.

  • Force-quit and reopen the app; reboot your phone.

  • Unplug BedJet for 30 seconds, then plug back in.

  • Update to the latest app version from the App Store/Google Play.

  • Or submit a request for warranty support: visit our Support Center, select “Get Warranty Support,” and follow the prompts.

Warranty note: If you’re within our two-year comprehensive warranty, we’ll replace the BedJet at no cost if needed. If you’re out of warranty, we can offer repair or replacement options.

Mention that you’d like to join the beta when you contact us. We’ll add you to our notification list and send simple enrollment steps (iOS via TestFlight, Android via Google Play beta) when new builds are ready. You can opt out anytime; beta versions may be less stable than public releases.
