Clearance guide (under-bed placement)

• Minimum under-bed clearance for BedJet 3: 6" (15.2 cm)

• Hose clearance past sideboards:
   – Standard round hose: needs 3.5" (8.9 cm)
   – Flat Hose Accessory: about 2.5" (6.4 cm) thick for tighter spots

• No room underneath? Place the unit at the foot or side of the bed. BedJet 3 can lie flat or on its side without issue.

Deep mattresses and extra height

Using a very deep mattress (over 21"/53 cm)? We can provide additional height links to raise the mattress mount so the hose sits at the right height. This is free (within warranty)—contact our Customer Care team and we’ll get you set up.

Slimmer hose option (for tight spaces or cleaner look)

Prefer a lower-profile hose or need to route through a tighter opening? The Flat Hose Accessory is rectangular and roughly 1" slimmer than the standard round hose (about 2.5" thick). It’s great for aesthetic installs and space-constrained frames.

Adjustable bed compatibility

Thousands of customers use BedJet with adjustable bases. A few tips:

• Position the base unit where it won’t contact moving parts (aim for ~6" vertical clearance for BedJet 3).

• The flexible air hose expands/shortens to keep the nozzle in place as the foot/head articulates.

• Test the full range of motion after placement to ensure nothing rubs or pinches.
