Remote Control Not Operating Vet BedJet

Step 1: Check the Remote Battery
Ensure the remote control LED lights up when you pick it up. If the LED does not illuminate, the battery may be dead. Replace the battery to restore functionality.

Step 2: Re-pair the Remote to Your Vet BedJet
If the remote control has power but still isn't working, follow these pairing steps:

• Press and hold the “Low Power” button on the back display of the BedJet VET until it blinks, indicating the unit is in pairing mode.

• Press and hold the OFF key on your remote control to complete the pairing.

• Successful pairing will be acknowledged by three beeps.

Remote Control Commands Not Producing Audible Beep

Check Audio Alert Mute Setting
Your remote's audio alert feature might have accidentally been muted.

• Press the Mute button on your remote control once to toggle the mute setting off and restore audible alerts.
