Vet BedJet Animal Warmer will not power onUpdated 2 months ago

If your Vet BedJet Animal Warmer is no longer powering on when plugged in, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue. 

Note: The Vet BedJet will show a solid amber/orange color light when powered on under normal operation.

• Ensure the Vet BedJet is plugged in to an appropriate power source
  • We strongly suggest plugging the Vet BedJet into a wall outlet
  • If using a power strip/extension cord, move the plug to a wall outlet rule this out as a cause
• Move the Vet BedJet to a different wall outlet to rule out the existing outlet/power source
• Ensure the BedJet is powered on
  • For Vet BedJet VET‐800NA owners press the power button on the light ring panel once
  • For Vet BedJet 1222NA owners ensure the power switch to the left of the air hose is in the "UP" position
