If your BedJet 3 is chirping, the power/status light is flashing, or the unit keeps jumping back to the “Clock Set” screen, it usually points to a power issue causing the BedJet to continually reset itself. Try the quick fixes below. If you are within our two-year comprehensive warranty, we’ll replace your BedJet at no cost if needed. If you’re out of warranty, we can offer repair or replacement options.
Common symptoms
Power/status light flashes and the unit emits short chirps
Remote or base keeps resetting to the “Clock Set” screen
Unit restarts on its own or won’t stay on
Quick fixes
Reset power to the BedJet
Unplug the BedJet from the wall outlet for a minimum of 30 seconds
Press the power button once on the BedJet base (short press).
Wait a few seconds to see if the solid amber/orange light appears and the chirping stops after the initial startup sequence
Plug directly into a wall outlet
Bypass power strips, surge protectors, smart plugs, and extension cords.
These devices can limit or “shape” power and cause resets/chirps.
Try a different outlet (ideally a different room/circuit)
Move the BedJet to another outlet to rule out a weak or AFCI/GFCI-sensitive circuit.
If a breaker or GFCI outlet tripped, reset it and test again.
Regional power check (if applicable)
Make sure your BedJet matches your country’s mains voltage (120 V in North America; 220–240 V in most EU/UK/AU). A mismatch can cause resets and flashing.
