Every BedJet order includes a Comprehensive 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty starting on your delivery date. It covers your BedJet unit, all parts, Cloud Sheets, and accessories purchased through official BedJet listings. If something goes wrong—manufacturer defect or accidental damage—we’ll make it right. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

• Where you bought it: Covered when purchased through BedJet.com, approved mattress retail partners, Amazon, or Best Buy.
  

• Amazon orders: Covered if sold by BedJet or fulfilled by Amazon or BedJet (not third-party marketplace sellers). Have your Amazon order number ready.
  

• Transferability: Coverage is for the original purchaser only; it does not transfer to new owners of used units.
