We know mistakes happen, and sometimes an order is placed with the wrong shipping address. Our fulfillment system moves quickly, so address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order for the best chance of updating it before shipment.
How to Request an Address Change
To update the shipping address on your order, contact our Customer Care team right away:

Submit a request by selecting “Report Order Issue” and follow the prompts to request an address change. Our team will confirm and follow up with next steps.
Please include your order number and the correct shipping address in your request.
Important Notes
Shipping address changes can only be completed before your order has shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, we cannot reroute packages.
