Eligible: BedJet 3, BedJet 3 Mini, BedJet Dual Zone System for couples, PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frames, Cloud Sheets
Not eligible: PowerLayer Ultimate Bundles, Accessories, Extended Warranties
Availability: Flex is currently US-only (eligibility varies by provider)
How to pay with Flex (HSA/FSA)
Add eligible items to your cart.
At checkout, select Flex as your payment method.
Complete Flex’s brief medical questionnaire.
If approved, your order is placed automatically and Flex provides a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for your records.
Don’t see Flex at checkout? You may be auto-signed into Shop Pay. Choose “Checkout as guest” to view all payment options, including Flex.
Don’t have an HSA/FSA card?
You can still check out via Flex using a debit/credit card. Flex will generate an LMN and itemized receipt you can submit to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
Conditions & eligibility
There are many qualifying medical conditions for HSA/FSA purchases. Select Flex at checkout to review and choose the condition that applies to you.
Note for customers in Louisiana, New Mexico, and Mississippi
Due to state regulations, Flex is not able to conduct telehealth visits for customers who reside in Louisiana, Mississippi, or New Mexico. Because of this, Flex cannot issue Letters of Medical Necessity (LMN) in these states. You may still be able to use HSA/FSA funds. To do so, please obtain an LMN from your in-person visit with your primary care practitioner.
