Add peace of mind with a 4-Year Extended Protection Plan from our partner Mulberry Product Protection Services. It extends standard coverage from 2 years to 4 years (coverage begins on your delivery date).

Plan at a Glance

  • Term: 4 years total from delivery (extends standard 2-year coverage)

  • Covers: Your BedJet unit plus in-box accessories (remote, hose, mattress paddle, C-clamp, height links, etc.)

  • Does not cover: Cloud Sheets

  • Transferable: Yes

  • Where available: US & Canada only

  • When to add: At checkout with a BedJet unit or Dual Zone System, or within 60 days of purchasing from an authorized BedJet retail site

How to Add or Confirm Eligibility

Didn’t add a plan at checkout? If your purchase was within the last 60 days from an authorized BedJet retail site, you can still upgrade. Contact Customer Care to confirm eligibility and complete your 4-Year Extended Protection Plan purchase.

How to file a Claim

Although the Extended Warranty is insured by Mulberry, BedJet Customer Care will handle everything for you—from troubleshooting to filing a claim and arranging a replacement if needed. There’s no need to contact a separate support line; we’ve got you covered for the full four years and beyond.
