Ordered the wrong size or option? No worries. You have 60 days from delivery to exchange or return your purchase. We cover return shipping for customers in the US, Canada, UK, and EU, and issue fast, 100% refunds with no restocking fees when items come back in original packaging with no missing or damaged parts.

Start an Exchange

  • Online (fastest): Visit our Support Center and select Start a Return

  • Or contact us: [email protected] · +1 (401) 404-5250 (US business hours).

  • Include: Your order number, the item you’re sending back, and the item/size/zone you’d like instead.

Shipping Labels

  • US, Canada, UK, EU: We’ll provide a pre-paid return label for your exchange.

  • International (including AU): We’ll share our return address; return shipping isn’t covered by BedJet.

Price Differences

If the new item costs more or less, you’ll pay or receive only the difference. No need to place a full new order—unless you prefer to get the replacement right away.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your exchange results in a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method after inspection. Refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
