Submit a request via our Support Center by selecting "Report Order Issue"

What to include:

Your order number, any tracking details, and for damage, a few photos of the item and outer packaging.

What we’ll do:

We’ll investigate with the carrier, keep you updated, and arrange replacement or re-shipment (and any other appropriate resolution) as fast as possible.
