General Information
Issue window: Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days after we receive all items being returned.
Bank processing: After we issue the refund, your bank or card provider may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit.
Confirmation: We’ll email you as soon as your refund is initiated.
Method: Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.
Refunds by Payment Type
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Refunds are issued directly to the card used for purchase.
Processing time: up to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Affirm
If payments have already been made on your Affirm loan: Affirm will refund the payments (minus applicable interest/finance charges) and cancel the remaining balance.
If the full balance has already been paid: Affirm will refund the entire amount except for any interest or finance charges.
If no payments have been made: Affirm cancels the full balance.
Affirm will send a separate email confirmation in addition to our BedJet email.
Refunds are returned to the payment method provided to Affirm, with processing time depending on your bank or card provider.
Flex (HSA/FSA Payments)
Refunds are issued back to the FSA/HSA card used at checkout.
Refunds are processed by Flex once BedJet initiates the request.
Both BedJet and Flex will send you email confirmations.
Typical processing time is similar to standard card refunds.
Other Payment Methods (PayPal, Google Pay, etc.)
Refunds are issued back through the original payment processor (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, etc.).
Processing times depend on the individual payment provider and may vary.
Refunds go to the linked payment method (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card) you used for that service.
