Reset paired Twin XL frames back to Split King - Video IncludedUpdated 2 months ago

If you’ve linked two Twin XL PowerLayers to move as one King and want to un-synchronize them, perform a factory reset on each controller, then re-pair each remote to its own base.

Factory Reset Each Controller

1. Fold down each Twin XL PowerLayer and locate the controller box.
   

2. On each controller, press and hold the Controller LED button until the LED blinks green.
   

3. Release, then press and hold again for 10 seconds to complete the factory reset.
    (Repeat for the second base.)

Re-Pair Each Remote (one remote per base)

1. Fold down the PowerLayer and locate the controller.
   

2. Confirm the base is powered on and the controller LED is lit.
   

3. Press and hold the Pairing button on the controller until the LED blinks green (pairing mode).
   

4. Press and hold any button on the remote. Pairing completes when the LED stops blinking.
    (Repeat for the second base and second remote, if applicable.)
