We cover return shipping in the US, Canada, UK, and EU, and issue 100% refunds with no restocking fees when items come back in their original packaging with no missing or damaged parts. (Certified refurbished units are final sale and not eligible for return.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

For partial returns of a bundled item, the refund amount is based on the items retained. Any bundle pricing or promotional discount will be removed, and retained items will be charged at their individual price, as if purchased separately.
