Servicing or Returning a PowerLayer PartUpdated 2 months ago
For service that requires replacement of the actuators and/or controller, you’ll need to remove the faulty part(s) from the underside of your PowerLayer. Please follow the video instructions below for step-by-step guidance.
You will receive a replacement parts box along with a prepaid shipping label. Use this same box to return the faulty parts — please do not ship anything in your own packaging.
⚠️ Follow these steps only when instructed by BedJet Customer Care in relation to a PowerLayer replacement part order. Wait for confirmation and instructions on shipment before removing or replacing any parts.
