Once your order is placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email includes your tracking number and a link to our Tracking Page.

Shipping Timeline

• New BedJet orders: Typically leave or warehouse within 1-2 business days.

  • Includes orders in the US, Canada, EU, UK

  • International orders make take up to 5 business days for shipment
    

• Refurbished BedJets: May take 7–10 business days to ship and will ship separately from any new products in your order.

• Use the link in your confirmation email, or visit our Tracking Page and enter your order number and email.

When Tracking Updates Appear

• Tracking may not update immediately after shipment. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to activate tracking details. If you don’t see updates right away, please check back later.
