The BedJet PowerLayer is designed with multiple built-in safety features to protect you, your family, and your pets during everyday use.

Child Lock

A Child Lock function prevents accidental raising or lowering of the frame by children. This feature can be quickly turned on or off using the remote control.

Gravity Down System

The PowerLayer uses a “gravity down” design. If a person, pet, or object is under the frame while it is lowering, only the weight of the mattress will apply. The motor disengages so the frame will not press down with force. The mattress and frame can then be easily lifted by hand.

Emergency Stop

If lowering needs to be stopped immediately, you can press any button on the remote control to halt movement instantly.

Pinch Point Awareness

All potential pinch points on the frame are clearly labeled with warning stickers. Additionally, all electrical and mechanical components are positioned toward the center of the frame to minimize risk and keep moving parts away from the bed’s edges.
