Factory Resetting the PowerLayerUpdated 2 months ago

If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame is unresponsive or experiencing issues, performing a factory reset may resolve the problem. This process clears the controller and requires re-pairing the remote, ensuring everything functions smoothly again.

Access the PowerLayer Controller

  1. Remove the mattress from your PowerLayer.

  2. Fold down the head side of the PowerLayer to access the controller box.

  3. Confirm the PowerLayer is powered on and the LED light on the controller is illuminated.

Reset Process

  1. Press and hold the button on the controller until the LED blinks green.

  2. Release the button, then press and hold it again for 10 seconds to complete the factory reset.

Re-Pairing the Remote

  1. After resetting, press and hold the pairing button on the controller. The LED will blink green, indicating pairing mode.

  2. Press and hold any button on the remote.

  3. When the LED on the controller stops blinking, pairing is complete.
