How Do I Cancel or Edit My Order?Updated 2 months ago

Our fulfillment system is designed to process orders very quickly so that customers receive their BedJet products as soon as possible. Because of this, cancellations and edits must be requested immediately after placing your order.

How to Request a Cancellation or Edit

To cancel or change your order, contact our Customer Care team right away:

  • Phone: 401-404-5250

  • Support Center

    • Submit a request by selecting “Request a Cancellation” and following the prompts. Our team will follow up with the next steps.

Please include your order number and clearly note whether you are requesting a full cancellation or only changes to specific items.

Important Notes

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be stopped in transit. If your order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy for next steps.

  • White Glove Delivery orders may be canceled up until the delivery has been completed. Contact our team directly for assistance with these cancellations.

  • Edits such as changing an item, size, or accessory follow the same time-sensitive process as cancellations. Contact us immediately for the best chance to catch the order before it ships.
