How Do I Track My PowerLayer Order?Updated 2 months ago
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. PowerLayer orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of purchase.
If your order also contains accessory items, they will ship separately. The PowerLayer frames and accessory parts are packed in different boxes, and you will receive individual tracking links for each shipment.

Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately after shipment. It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the carrier’s system. If you do not see updates right away, check back later.
White Glove Delivery & Installation Orders
For PowerLayer orders with White Glove Delivery & Installation, tracking numbers will not appear on the online tracking page. Instead, here’s what you can expect:
You will receive an update once your order is received by our delivery partner.
The delivery partner will call the phone number you provided at checkout to schedule your installation.
Installation is typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks after the delivery partner receives your order.
Most White Glove deliveries are completed within 2–3 weeks from your order date, depending on location.
