Refunds are typically issued within three to five business days after we receive and inspect all items being returned. Once approved, the refund is always issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Timing by Payment Method

• Credit or Debit Card
  Once the refund is processed, most banks post the credit within 3–10 business days. Some institutions may take longer depending on their internal policies.

• PayPal
  PayPal refunds are usually visible within 1–3 business days after we process them.

• Affirm Financing
  Affirm will adjust or cancel the financing agreement once the refund is issued. Depending on the status of your loan, you may see the balance reduced or receive a partial refund if payments have already been made. Timing varies by Affirm but generally appears within 5–10 business days.

• Flex (FSA/HSA Payments)
  Refunds issued to a Flex, FSA, or HSA card are typically posted within 5–7 business days, though this can depend on your benefits provider.

Confirmation of Refund

We will send an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. If you do not see the credit reflected in your account after the estimated time frame for your payment method, we recommend contacting your payment provider directly.
