You can return your BedJet PowerLayer within 60 days of delivery. We cover return shipping, issue fast 100% refunds, and never charge restocking fees, provided all items are included and undamaged. Refurbished PowerLayer units are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To begin, contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return. You can reach us by email at [email protected], by phone at 401-404-5250, or through our Support Center by selecting “Start a Return” and following the prompts.

Depending on the size of your PowerLayer and the original delivery method, our team will provide detailed return instructions. When applicable, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Larger frames that were delivered with White Glove service may require a scheduled pickup arranged through our logistics partner.

Refund Process

When your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within three to five business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Refurbished PowerLayer orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
