We offer a 60-day return window for new units purchased directly from BedJet. We pay return shipping in the US, Canada, UK, and EU, and issue 100% refunds with no restocking fees when everything comes back in original packaging with no missing or damaged parts.

Return Shipping

• US, Canada, UK, EU: We provide a pre-paid return label for approved returns.
  

• International (including AU): We’ll share our return address; return shipping isn’t covered by BedJet.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

For partial returns of a bundled item, the refund amount is based on the items retained. Any bundle pricing or promotional discount will be removed, and retained items will be charged at their individual price, as if purchased separately.

Non-Returnable Items

• Certified refurbished BedJet 3 units are final sale and not eligible for return.
