If your King size PowerLayer (two Twin XL frames) is not moving together in a synchronized way, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Step 1: Check Power Connections

• Ensure both Twin XL PowerLayer frames are plugged in.

• Unplug each frame and plug it back into the wall.

• Detach and re-seat the connection from the power supply to the frame.

Step 2: Pair the Twin XL Frames Together

1. Fold down both Twin XL PowerLayers and locate their controller boxes.

2. Confirm both PowerLayers are powered on and that the LED light is illuminated on each controller.

3. On the first controller, press and hold the Pairing button until the LED begins blinking green (pairing mode).

4. On the second controller, press and hold the Pairing button. The LED will blink once, and the light on the first controller will stop blinking.

5. When the first controller stops blinking, the pairing process is complete.
