PowerLayer Frame Only Adjusting a Small AmountUpdated 2 months ago

If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame only wiggles or moves a small amount when trying to adjust, it may be caused by one of two common issues:

1. A power outage caused the frame to lose its position tracking.

2. The Child Lock function has been turned on.

Step 1: Reset Position Tracking

• Press the FLAT button on your PowerLayer remote.

• The frame will move completely flat, resetting its position tracking.

• Once flat, the PowerLayer should resume normal operation.

Step 2: Check Child Lock

If the frame is still only wiggling slightly, the Child Lock may be active. To turn it off:

• Press and hold both the SETUP (gear icon) and M1 buttons for about 4 seconds.

• The PowerLayer will confirm with a wiggle.

• Try adjusting the frame again to confirm normal movement.
