PowerLayer Not Responding or AdjustingUpdated 2 months ago
If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame is no longer activating or adjusting when you use the remote, follow the troubleshooting steps below to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Your Remote
The PowerLayer remote should light up when picked up.
If no light is showing, replace the remote batteries.
Step 2: Verify Power to the PowerLayer
Make sure your PowerLayer is plugged in.
The PowerLayer power supply should display a solid green light when it is receiving power.
If you see no light or a flashing light, contact Customer Care for support.
If the light is solid green, detach the power supply from the PowerLayer and re-seat the connection to ensure the frame is receiving power.
Step 3: Inspect the PowerLayer Controller
Remove the mattress from your PowerLayer.
Fold the head side of the frame completely over to access the underside.
Check the PowerLayer controller box (black box):
A solid green light indicates normal operation.
No light or a flashing light means you should contact Customer Care for support.
If you see a solid green light, detach the cables from the controller and re-seat all connections to ensure they are secure.
Step 4: Re-Pair the Remote
Press and hold the Pairing button on the controller until the light blinks green (pairing mode).
Press and hold any button on the remote to complete pairing.
Pairing is complete when the controller light stops blinking.
