If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame remote’s preset options or memory buttons are not functioning when selected, it is likely that a power outage caused the frame to lose its position tracking.

How to Fix the Issue

• Press the FLAT button on your PowerLayer remote.

• The frame will move completely flat, which resets the position tracking.

• Once flat, your PowerLayer should resume normal operation, and presets and memory buttons will function again.
