PowerLayer Shipping and Delivery DetailsUpdated 2 months ago

The Adjustable Bed PowerLayer is currently available only in the lower 48 United States. Shipping and delivery methods depend on the size of the PowerLayer you order.

Standard Parcel Shipping

Most PowerLayer sizes ship via standard parcel carriers, typically FedEx Ground. This means there is no need to wait at home for freight delivery.

  • Twin XL, Full and Queen: Ship in a single box.

  • Split King: Ships in two boxes (2 x Twin XL frames).

  • Accessories (Leg Kit, Headboard Bracket, Massage Kit): Ship separately in their own boxes.

White Glove Delivery and Installation

Due to their size and weight, the King and California King PowerLayers require White Glove Delivery & Installation. This service is included in the price of the product at no additional charge.

Once your order is complete, our White Glove delivery partner will pick up the frame. After it has been received, the partner will call the phone number on file to schedule your installation at a time that works for you.

White Glove delivery is also available by request for other PowerLayer sizes. To receive a price quote and add this service, please contact our Customer Care team at the time of ordering. White Glove cannot be added after an order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.

  • Standard shipping time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • White Glove delivery depends on your location but is typically completed within 2–3 weeks of the order date.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all PowerLayer orders. White Glove Delivery & Installation is included in the price for King and California King sizes and is optional (for an added fee starting at $299) on other sizes when requested before shipment.
