PowerLayer Stuck in a Raised Position After TroubleshootingUpdated 2 months ago

If your PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame is stuck in an upright position despite following normal troubleshooting steps, you can manually bring the frame back to a Flat position until a permanent resolution is provided by our Customer Care Team.

How to Manually Lower the PowerLayer

  1. Remove the mattress from your PowerLayer.

  2. Fold down the side of the PowerLayer that is currently stuck upright to access the underside of the frame.

    • If both sides are stuck, complete this process one side at a time.

  3. Locate the actuator motor (a long silver pole/component).

  4. Remove the pin connectors at both ends of the actuator motor.

  5. Carefully remove the actuator and place it to the side.

  6. Fold the PowerLayer back down to a Flat position.

  7. Repeat the steps on the other side if needed.
